The STAS wire rope slings are assembled from forged parts in line with our in-house fabrication plans. Each wire length is carefully ferruled in our workshops according to the lifting standards in force. Different protective coverings are available to suit the conditions under which the wire rope sling will be used: temperature, fragile item to lift, etc. For example, we recommend a neoprene covering (flexfort) to extend the life of the wire or to protect the load to be handled from any hits that could occur using standard chain slings.
